Because we operate using a drop shipping fulfillment partner, our products are shipped directly from our supplier warehouses. Returns and refunds are handled according to our supplier’s policies and quality control process.

Please read the guidelines below carefully before requesting a return.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns or replacements for:

  • Damaged items

    β€’ Incorrect items received
    β€’ Missing items

If your product has any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, supplier, and dropshipping limitations, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind
    β€’ Wrong size ordered
    β€’ Color preference issues
    β€’ Worn, washed, or used items
    β€’ Sale or clearance items
    β€’ Items without original tags/packaging

Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

Return Request Process

To start a return, email: empowerwomenssports@gmail.com

Include:

  • Order number
    β€’ Product name
    β€’ Clear photos of the issue
    β€’ Brief explanation

Our team will review your request within 48–72 hours.

If approved, we will provide:
β€’ Return instructions
β€’ Supplier return address
β€’ Authorization details

⚠️ Do NOT send items back without approval, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded.

Return Conditions

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused
    β€’ Original packaging and tags attached
    β€’ Returned within the approved timeframe
    β€’ Shipped to the address we provide

Returns sent to the wrong address or without authorization may be rejected.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
    β€’ Processing time: 5–10 business days (bank dependent)

If approved, you will receive confirmation via email.

Replacement Option

For damaged or incorrect items, we may offer:

  • Free replacement shipment
    OR
    β€’ Full refund

Depending on stock availability and your preference.

Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
    β€’ Return shipping may be covered only for defective/wrong items
    β€’ Customer is responsible for return shipping for other approved returns (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed by our fulfillment partner and cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
    β€’ We will assist you in filing a carrier investigation

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
